The time taken to complete a full moulding cycle, from mould preparation, application of release agent, loading of inserts, assembly of the mould, heating to pouring temperature, dispensing or hand mixing of the polyurethane (including vacuuming, in the case of hand mixing) and pouring into the hot mould, preliminary cure to mould breakdown and component removal.  (The component will then undergo full oven curing)
