Since air inclusions can be a problem in the final polyurethane moulding, various methods of filling the mould from the bottom, rather than the top or side can be utilized to help carry the air ahead of the filling liquid, to a sacrificial overpour or vent area.  Best carried out direct from a mixing and dispensing machine but pressure pots and gravity devices can also be used.
